Resolve Gray Progress Bar issue at Snow Leopard Startup!

Mac OS X is one of the powerful operating system. Instead of this Snow Leopard still develops the error that creates unavoidable circumstances that result in stored data inaccessibility and worst happens when the data gets deleted.

For instance when you start Snow Leopard then as usual in the beginning it shows Apple Logo, but with the gray progress bar appears below it. It stays here for few minutes and then Login Windows or the Finder is displayed. If this problem is not frequent then it could be ignored but if it is regular then you need to boot your Snow Leopard but it requires troubleshooting mainly because when the hard disk tries to correct Mac OS X Startup then it becomes unable to correct it.

Since this issue is related to the hard disk so you can use Disk Utility to manually repair it. For this you need to start your system by using Mac OS X 10.6 install disc, in the installer utility select the Disk Utility. Then click ‘First Aid’ tab and then select Mac volume. Then click ‘repair’ button to start repairing hard disk.

If Disk Utility does not work and this problem continues then in that situation you need to erase hard drive and then reinstall Snow Leopard and then restore the deleted data with available backup. In case backup is not available then you can go for third party software known as Mac hard Drive Recovery.

This software has the capability to restore the deleted data from hard disk and at the same time resolves gray progress bar issue. It has powerful algorithm that performs advanced scanning of hard drive. It has been designed with advanced capability to restore lost data, files, Mac Volumes, folders. Due to this reason this software is safe for use. It has easy user interface that has been especially designs for novice users.
